Flexibility is key to working with a staffing service.  However, if you are offered a position that does not seem to be right for you, explain why to your Staffing Consultant.  United's staff will continue to work with you to find a good employment match.

United does not charge fees to our employees.

Can I change jobs while working with United?

Your bonuses and vaction pay are based on the hours you have worked (please refer to your Employee Handbook).  You are eligible to receive them at any time once you meet the required number of hours and have notified your Staffing Consultant.  If you are not currently on assignment and wish to continue your health insurance benefits, you may apply for COBRA coverage.  United's contribution is only made while you are currently working and not while you are covered under COBRA.
