Our client is seeking an HR Assistant to provide support to a busy HR office.
Duties include the following:
1. Answer the phones for the department - 30 to 80 calls a day
2. Coordinate Meet and greet functions
3. Prioritize and triage calls to the various consultants
4. Be the face of HR to the public
5. Keeps calendars for all HR
6. Manages projects in terms of time lines/paperwork etc.
7. Does metrics and reporting
Candidates must be able to keep manage multiple projects, smile while they're
doing it, and not let any of the balls drop. MS Office experience required.
