After spending the past year temping at Baystate through your organization, this week I began working as a permanent employee in the Radiology Department. 

I want you to know that I had an extremely positive experience with United Personnel. Your staff members (especially Laurie & Erin) were extremely professional, efficient and pleasant. I am grateful for the holiday and vacation pay - and especially appreciated the surprise bonus at the end of the year. 

I wish I could offer some constructive criticism, but I can't think of anything that needs improvement. Thanks for a great year,

Hi Helio,

I am happy with my temp position and very grateful for this opportunity.  All in all, this is a wonderful experience for me, and I thank you for your part in helping to make it happen.  Oh, also, though it is still early, I think the doctor may be encouraged by my work and presence here.  She has already given me a big project - the new consult schedule - that is quite complex and has many layers.  It's virtually a Rubik's cube and will require focused, substantial work. It is my goal to finish the project soon, as I very much want her and the other doctors & PAs to feel well-supported these weeks while the permanent staff member is away.
